Brittany Black is the Integrated Talent Management Coordinator at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital and has chaired CGMH's Inclusivity Working Group since its inception. With a background in Human Resource Management and a passion for social justice, Brittany has been an active change agent for CGMH inclusivity journey, leading the pronoun campaign and policy revisions across the organization, and has leveraged CGMH to “Supporter” status with the The Gilbert Centres Safer Spaces program. She continues to advocate for ongoing learning and the removal of systemic barriers to advance the cause of making CGMH a safe place to provide and receive care, for all members of our South Georgian Bay Community. Brittany has been recognized by CGMH's Board of Trustees with a Board Award of Excellence for the teamwork on Inclusion, twice, as well as her work on Employee Engagement.
